2011 Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200 and Norge GT 8V - Moto Guzzi Street Bike First Look - Motorcycle USA

2011 Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200 and Norge GT 8V - Moto Guzzi Street Bike First Look - Motorcycle USA: "lends more long-range credence to its big adventure bike, the 2011 Stelvio, by bumping up its fuel cell to a massive 8.4 gallons and equipping it with a bigger windscreen. Stylistically, it continues to feature a dual front headlight assembly, but the 2011 Stelvio’s top fairing, windshield and half-fairing with integrated turn signals are all-new in an attempt to give the styling a more aggressive nature. The Stelvio’s larger fuel cell is incorporated into the lightweight fairing and its lines have been rounded off. Comfort is also a premium for motorcycles where riders will be spending long stretches in the saddle. Moto Guzzi addresses this in the 2011 Stelvio 1200 with a re-shaped seata and new saddle lining. The 2011 Moto Guzzi Stelvio’s cockpit has also been revamped with new graphs for its on-board control panel and a larger fuel indicator."

world fame US maker Harley-David is to make its presence in the Indian market on firm foot Two Wheeler Market - Oneindia Living

Harley David Bike | Indian Market | Two Wheeler Market - Oneindia Living: "world fame US maker Harley-David is to make its presence in the Indian market on firm foot. It will install an assembly plant in Haryana during the first half of the next year. This will become the company’s second outside plant after Brazil . The company’s MD for India said this move is after a strong base made through the dealer network.

However, there is no information about the capacity and the likely investment for this facility. Presently the bikes are directly imported as CBUs from its apex plant in the US. The company’s President and Chief Operating Officer said that the response to the initial launches in the Indian market has boosted the company’s presence and the time has come to widen its wings with this assembling facility.

Once the facility becomes fully operational the company will derive components from its US plant and the technicians at the facility will start assembling the bikes. Yet some of the models will be continued to be imported as CBUs as Harley –David has 12 models in Indian market, since its entry in August 2009."
